City of Tonasket
The city of Tonasket is led by an elected mayor and five person council.
Hospital District
The Hospital District extends from just north of Riverside WA to the border of Canada, and provides health services to the 11,000 citizens in the District. North Valley Hospital is located in Tonasket and is the largest employer in the city.
School District
Tonasket School District’s serves over 1000 students with the vision that each student is an extraordinary individual who embraces life with hope, independence, accountability, resilience, and commitment to community and to the betterment of society.
Parks and Recreation District
Founded in 2016 the Parks and Recreation District was created to support the Tonasket Community Pool and other community enriching projects.
Public Library
NCRL is the regional organization that staffs and providers the library materials to each local branch.
Okanogan County Public Utility District
The service area includes all of Okanogan County and includes approximately 20,500 customers composed mainly of residential, commercial and irrigation accounts. The electric system consists of approximately 1,373 miles of overhead and 437 miles of underground distribution lines.
